The event takes place in the exclusive setting of our restaurant, with an unrivalled view of Monte Pisano and the timeless atmosphere of the Hermitage of San Bernardo. An open-air evening under the summer sky, among aromas, stories and intense flavours.
The Evening's Programme
7:00 pm – Between smell and taste
A guided tasting of the olive oil of Podere del Pari: a sensory introduction to the characteristics and nuances of an outstanding oil.
8:00 pm – 4-course dinner
A dinner in which olive oil is the star of every dish, with creations that bring out its elegance and complexity, balancing tradition and culinary research.
