By making a booking or a purchase on the website, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
1. Subject of the Contract
This contract governs:
- The booking of restaurant services offered by Ristorante San Bernardo.
- The sale of gift vouchers available in the shop section of the website.
2. Restaurant Bookings
The restaurant operates by reservation only.
Bookings can be made via:
- The booking form on the website
- Telephone
Filling in the form or sending a request by email or telephone constitutes a booking request.
The booking is confirmed only once the restaurant has replied and confirmed it (including by email or message).
In some cases a deposit or a credit card guarantee may be required. Any such request will be communicated before final confirmation.
3. Cancelling or Changing a Booking
Customers can change or cancel their booking by contacting the restaurant.
For bookings with a deposit, the amount may be retained in the event of:
- cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice,
- no-show.
4. Sale of Gift Vouchers
Vouchers purchased on the website are:
- Non-refundable
- Valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Usable only at the restaurant for the service stated on the voucher or, if generic, for food and drink on the premises
- Personal and usable only once
To use a voucher you must book and provide the voucher code when booking.
Once the validity period has passed, the voucher is considered expired and non-refundable.
5. Prices and Payments
All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit/debit card
- PayPal
- Any other methods shown at checkout
Vouchers are paid for when the order is placed.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Vouchers and Gift Cards)
Pursuant to art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal for:
- Gift vouchers or electronic vouchers, as they are considered personalised products that cannot be reused by the seller.
7. Liability
The restaurant is not liable for:
- Damage or delays caused by force majeure
- Improper use of the voucher by the customer
- Incorrect information provided at the time of booking
8. Processing of Personal Data
Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law.
For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
