We are three siblings united by a dream: to enhance our beloved town of Calci, just outside Pisa, through a project that places people at its heart.
With passion and dedication, we strive to create a unique experience that combines quality dining, the embrace of nature, a cozy bed & breakfast, and engaging activities. Our goal is to help others discover and fall in love with the authentic beauty of Calci, transforming it into a place where both heart and soul can find rest.

Juri Poli
Chef | Co-Founder
Passionate about cooking since childhood, Juri chose to bring his love for food to life by using the elements nature provides. He creates refined cuisine starting from tradition, enhancing the organoleptic qualities of the raw materials carefully selected from our local area. His love for nature and his homeland inspires dynamic dishes, rich in personal and cultural stories.
Nico Poli
Sommelier | Co-Founder
Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and human connection, Nico is focused on building a young and dynamic team that will grow alongside the project, within a modern environment that puts the individual and their personal and professional development at the center. He also oversees the management of the entire natural park in which the project is located.
Eva Poli
Marketing & Brand Manager | Co-Founder
With a passion for travel and marketing, and a love for languages and personal well-being, Eva brings these interests together to promote both the project and the town of Calci. She builds international collaborations and develops activities aimed at helping people reconnect with nature, themselves, and good food.
